Stargazing Weekends in Devon
Our location in the depths of the rural Devon countryside means that we have absolutely no light pollution. As a recent guest said, "it gets properly dark here". Previous guests have even been known to bring their telescopes on holiday!
Based at our Quarry Pods, we are able to offer luxury accommodation for group astronomy weekends in Devon. We have five Quarry Pods (three Supa Pods Sleeping Four and two standard pods, sleeping two). These can be booked either individually or for club or group bookings.
When we have stargazing groups visit we do our best to reduce or eliminate (subject to safety) all unnecessary lighting on or around the farm.
We are also able to provide ideas of places to visit during the daytime, with many National Trust properties, RHS Rosemoor gardens, beautiful beaches and glorious walking close by.
So for Astronomy weekends in Devon, or stargazing holidays in the UK, Devon is one of the best dark sky reserves.
